Stimulating the Testicles to Orgasm
Thank you for all the interesting information you provide.
My question is: Is it a common practice to stimulate only the testicles to orgasm. I have very sensitive and large testicles and this is a highly erogenous zone. Moreover, where can I read about the frequency and the nature of this practice because there seems to limited information on this topic.
Our answer...
Thanks for your question and kind words.
Your question took some time to research since, as you say, there isn't much about it. So, thanks for asking a challenging question...we like those!
Stimulating the testicles does not lead to orgasm in many men, but it can play a key role. You are lucky to have sensitive testes that you can use as a key erogenous zone that lead to intense orgasms. Enjoy it!
Stimulating the testes during sexual play causes them to release testosterone. This free testosterone is, then, converted to a compound known as DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT is responsible for growth of the penis as well as pubic hair but it is also responsible for the receding hairline.
DHT is considered the most powerful testosterone and has several effects. It plays a key role in sexual desire, causes the expansion of the penile tissues and excites the part of the nervous system (parasympathetic) that contributes to a very powerful orgasm! DHT has been referred to as a 'heater' for the sex organs (in both men and women)!
This is not to say that you should run out and buy DHT from any Internet supplier. DHT has been linked to male pattern baldness and has been implicated in prostate enlargement and prostate cancer. So, too much of a good think could lead to some bad things.
Some medications such as antidepressants (SSRI such as Prozac) or hair growth drugs such as Propecia, and prostate enlargement herbal remedies such as saw palmetto block DHT and, thus, the penile tissues will shrink and libido decreases.
Because you are one of the lucky ones, have your partner keep on fondling since testicular stimulation will make you harder and give you a better orgasm.
As far as testicular stimulation, there really isn't much reading on the subject. About the only places we were able to find that may give you more information are located at:

We think you will have better luck with the second one (sexuality.org).
Hope this information helps!
