Making It Bigger (part 2)

I appreciate your help and the fact you got back to me. I have read about the techniques you talked about like Jelqing and using weights and pumps. But most of the information I have read have come from sites promoting the natural techniques. And they go on to say that the jelqing and pumps etc actually do more damage than good.

I have a question but I have to ask it how does one contract the muscles at the base of the penis ?? < I mean to stop urinating ?? Do I use my hand or do I concentrate and stop by using the muscle in question?? >

Once I have identified how to contract the muscle, is there a danger of over doing the exercises??

Our answer...

Like you, I read those sites hyping the 'natural' way to enlarge the penis and think they are crap. First, the penis consists of spongy tissue (corpus cavernosa) that becomes firm or erect when filled with blood. To get a bigger penis, you have to have a larger area to fill with blood. Pills and such do not make more of such tissue. Granted, they may open the blood vessels a bit more or restrict the flow of blood out of the penis, but they do not make more tissue. You can accomplish the same thing by using a cock ring that encircles the base of the penis and sometimes the scrotum. This ring restricts blood from leaving the penis and can 1) prolong the erection and 2) make is a tad larger (or seem that way). I would be VERY leery of any pill that claims to enlarge the penis.

To find the PC muscle, you contract the muscle in the floor of the pelvis. It is the same muscle that will stop the flow of urine (and the same one that women use when performing Kegel exercises that makes them able to tighten down on the penis). Once you know where the muscle is, you can contract it when not urinating. The muscle helps keeps things 'up' and 'bouncing around. There is NO danger of overdoing it.
